Life is in color and not monochrome

As I ponder about current world events such as terrorism spurned from religious fanaticism, it really saddens me that there are people out there, manipulating religion, using gods name as their right to do whatever they see fit.

The word that comes to mind is 'brainwash'. These people target the young and slowly through the years providing them with filtered and altered information. Only information that aids to the brainwashing process will be given to these recruits.

The best thing about these master minds is that they keep their pets on a tight leash, preventing any 'contamination' that contradicts their one sided altered facts and information. They don't just stop there, they will also inform that anyone telling them otherwise are betrayers and liars.

What this does is to close the mind of the individual and ensure that the only source of truth this person knows is through the master. Brain washing? yep, definitely.

The key topic in today's brainwashing class is, drum roll please.. religion.

The sad thing is, any external help to neutralize such brain washing is met by automatic defenses implanted by the masters. First sign of this is that no amount of logic or reason is even entertained. Heck, the good Samaritans maybe even be labeled as the devil since whatever this peon sees is the holy truth, everything else is the work of the devil. Their version of gods words are the correct ones and will only listen to information that affirms their belief and rejects the rest. Well since the devil is so bent to corrupt gods words, I guess any external help is automatically doing the devils work.

These peons see things in black and white, only their version of the truth. By stating all of this, I guess I'm aligned with the devil.

Pointless? definitely. These people don't even know it as they are so mentally blocked off / brainwashed.

I am hoping that someday I can find an answer to solve this problem. Even if god appeared and say "You are all wrong in using my name", heck there will be those who thinks that is the work of the devil. Why? because god must conform to their version of god and again if anything diverts from their views is again the work of the devil.

Frankly, who is to say? All a person need to start his/her own religion is to have a strong sales person type quality and sell the religion. Thats all and sooner or later mindless peons will believe in you and do your bidding.

So that's it, to these peons, life is black and white. I see it in full color. And a final note on religion

1. Any sacred documents are written by MAN - Who is to say that the individual who wrote it remembered things correctly or accurately down to every minute detail? Who is to say his expression is what is truly conveyed? Even if god wrote those documents himself, give it to 10 people and somehow you'll get a few variations on what god intended it to mean.

2. How sure what is written is all that is written? - Through those thousands of years, someone could have lost a few pages. Can anyone be 100% sure that it is all?

3. Filtered information - Are the information given to us is 100% from the documents? or was it filtered? With globalization, holy texts are translated, are the translation 100% accurate? Who did the translation? Was it phrased properly?

This applies to all religion. If anyone reading this can't accept the three points above, then you are a PEON. If the devil wanted to distort gods words, those 3 points above is a heck of a way to do it, which means we all could be fooled.
